Application Process |
Admission Forms |
To begin the admission process, complete Episcopal's online application for admission and submit the $125 application fee. Once your child's application is submitted, you will have access to an interactive admission checklist tailored for your child's grade. The Admission Office recommends prospective families submit an application for admission the fall preceding the year of intended enrollment. For example, if you wish to apply for the 2019-2020 school year, an application should be submitted between September 2018 and the application deadline. The remaining steps necessary to complete the admission process are outlined below by grade level.

Admission PolicyAs a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana, Episcopal nurtures and develops the whole child - spiritually, intellectually, morally, physically and artistically - through challenging academic and co-curricular programs which prepare our graduates for college and for purposeful lives. Our students benefit from a cohesive and collaborative PreK-3 to 12th grade Episcopalian education, the only of its kind in Baton Rouge. As a school community, we celebrate different cultures, races, and perspectives and we seek to enroll students with varying strengths and interests.
Episcopal School of Baton Rouge admits students without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national and ethnic origin, or disability. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, national, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and tuition assistance programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. Priority admission consideration may be granted to Episcopalians and/or children of Episcopalians, as authorized by applicable law. |
