Chris Austin Creativity Award
This honor is awarded to one 8th grader who has demonstrated a creative spirit, through the arts, in the classroom, or with their peers.  It is in memory of a talented college student in the Baton Rouge community who died as the result of a drunk driving accident.  The family hopes to encourage the recipient to continue developing their creative spirit.
