Strength and Conditioning

The goal of the Episcopal Strength and Conditioning Program is to provide a comprehensive, structured program to improve athletic performance and reduce the occurrence of athletic injury.

The program design focuses on:
·         enhancing overall strength and endurance
·         protecting bone health and muscle mass to reduce risk of injury
·         developing better body mechanics
·         improving flexibility, core stability, balance, and coordination

The program is not only dedicated to improving athletic performance, but also to developing team bonding, and individual leadership and discipline. Proper technique and safety is always emphasized to ensure maximum performance.
