How and when do supporting members take advantage of these awesome perks?
To claim your perks, please contact us at [email protected] according to the following timing guidelines:
- Tickets: for the best possible availability, contact us as early as possible. Please do not purchase tickets online, as ticket refunds are not possible, unfortunately.
- Personal playbill ads: contact us after you submit your ad.
- Post-show gifts for student artists: contact us at least one week prior to the show.
- Reserved parking spot: contact us at least one week prior to the show.
- VPAC seat dedication: contact us at your convenience, unless you have already heard from the Episcopal development office.
What if I want to increase my membership level?
Contact us at [email protected], and we will help you make that happen!
What if I want to buy additional seats that are adjacent to my perk seats?
Based on availability, up to four additional adjacent seats may be purchased when perk tickets are redeemed. For the best chance at seat availability, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at [email protected].
How do season tickets work? Are unused tickets transferrable?
A season ticket is good for one ticket to each production, not one for each performance. Unused tickets from one show are not transferrable to another show or person. For the best chance at seat availability, we recommend contacting us at [email protected] as soon as you identify your desired performance dates.
What are the post-show gifts for student artists? For which shows are they offered?
The Arts Krewe accepts advance orders for small flower or cookie arrangements to celebrate your student's performance, typically available for pickup immediately following the performance. Supporting members can redeem their perk gifts at least one week prior to a performance by emailing us at [email protected]. Additional paid orders can be placed on the Arts Krewe web page. For the 2021-22 school year, gifts are available for the following shows: Art, Aladdin, fall Dance concert, Launch Day arts fair, Les Misérables, Jesus Christ Superstar in Concert, and the spring Band concert.
How does the reserved parking perk work?
Reserved parking spots are made available to Director and Executive Producer members for one performance per show. Please notify us at least one week before your desired show date, and we will mark a spot for you either along the VPAC circle, in the faculty lot near the VPAC, or in the Alumni House lot. If your plans change and you will not need the spot, please let us know so that we can free it up for other members of the Episcopal community. And please understand if your spot is taken - we will do our best to mark it clearly in order to avoid that unfortunate outcome.
