Boosters of the Arts
The Arts Krewe is Episcopal's parent-run arts booster group. Our mission is to elevate arts engagement, reputation, and support throughout the Episcopal community and the Baton Rouge area. We achieve this through the strategic, coordinated efforts of Episcopal leadership and parents.
Krewe members provide financial and volunteer support including backstage assistance, concession staffing, coordinating events and fundraisers, providing snacks, and more. We support all of Episcopal's art disciplines: band, choir, dance, theater, and visual arts.
Every parent with students engaged in Episcopal art programs is automatically a member of the Arts Krewe. Show your support by contributing your time, talents, and resources
"I believe that every person is born with talent."
–Maya Angelou
Our Core Values: ARTS
Awareness. Increase the visibility of the array of art classes, activities, and programs to existing and prospective students.
Reach. Encourage each student to discover talents and pursue their development.
Taking part. Engage all students and families in rewarding, memorable experiences.
Support. Expand funding for the arts outside Episcopal's normal operating budget through family and community backing.

What perks do supporting members receive?
Perks vary by membership level and are good for the entire school year.
To claim perks, members will receive an email with a request to sign up to redeem a perk(s) via SignUp Genius. Once a member uses the perk, they will no longer receive requests. Members should expect an email for each perk as productions near, until the perk is used.
Based on availability, up to four additional adjacent seats may be purchased when perk tickets are redeemed. You will be asked to add the number of additional seats requested in the comment section when signing up to use your Perks tickets.
A season ticket is good for one ticket to each production, not one for each performance.
The following productions require tickets: Middle School Musical, Winter Dance Performance, and Upper School Musical.
For all ticketed productions, Lessons and Carols and other select events, the Arts Krewe will sell bundles of fresh flowers. When signing up to claim this perk via SignUp Genius, Arts Krewe members will have a bundle reserved for pick up prior to the show.
A single, large chocolate chip cookie in a celebratory package will be available for purchase at select performances. Cookies are not a part of the Arts Krewe perks packages.
Contact us at [email protected], and we will help you make that happen!
Executive Producers claiming their VPAC seat dedication should contact us at your convenience, unless you have already heard from the Episcopal development office.
