How do I begin the admission process?
Start by submitting an online inquiry form. Once submitted, our Admission Team will reach out to guide you through next steps, including tours, applications, and deadlines.
What’s the best time to apply?
The priority application deadline is early November. However, applications are accepted year-round, and admission decisions continue on a rolling basis as space allows.
Is there a required entrance exam?
Students applying to grades 6–12 must take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Details are provided during the application process. Lower School (PreK 3- 5th) utilizes a screening process.
Once we are admitted, what is the best way to get information about the upcoming school year?
When will I find out if my child has been accepted?
For priority applicants, decisions are typically released in mid-December. For applications received after the deadline, decisions are shared on a rolling basis.
Can I send in my child’s report card or do I need to have the school send a transcript?
You can send in a report card for the application process. Once a student is enrolled, we will require an official transcript.
Can I schedule a campus visit?
Yes! Campus tours are available year-round and can be scheduled through our Admissions Office or online at episcopalbr.org/visit.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes. Episcopal offers need-based financial aid to qualifying families in grades PreK 4-12th. Be sure to complete your financial aid application by the published deadline.
How do I apply for financial aid?
Financial aid applications are submitted online through FAST. A link and instructions are available on the Episcopal Admissions page.
What age does my child need to be to enroll in PreK-3?
The child needs to have turned three years of age by September 30 of the year in which they wish to enroll.
My child is homeschooled. Do I still have to submit teacher recommendations?
Yes, if you are a member of a co-op.
