Golf is a lifetime sport which means that today’s student athletes are tomorrow’s avid golfers.  The Episcopal Golf Program strives to foster a love for the game while helping students build strength, stamina, and overall fitness that will benefit them for years to come.

Head Coach

James McCrary is not only the Head Golf Coach, but he is also the Academic Technology Coordinator at Episcopal School of Baton Rouge. He has played competitively on the amateur level for 30 years throughout Louisiana and Texas. Since 2006, he has been a swing coach in the Baton Rouge area, focusing on video and digital analytics. He returned to Episcopal in 2020 to start his 6th season as the head golf coach for both the men and ladies' teams
