Basketball
Boys
The Knights are ranked #2 in the Division 3 power rankings! That after big wins against 5A Live Oak, Denham Springs, Woodlawn, 4A DeLaSalle and St. Michael and 7A Murphy (AL). Seniors Stewart Bonnecaze and Jack Savario have had breakout performances. Stewart eclipsed the 1,000 point mark last month in the game versus Catholic of New Iberia. He now has 1,091 career points. Jack scored 44 points in the game versus Holden. Seniors David Cresson, Parker Madison and RJ Pickney are also providing leadership for the squad.

Girls
The Knights have much to celebrate this season with big wins against Doyle, Scotlandville, Baker and Plaquemine. It was great to see so many basketball alumni on hand for the 50th Annual Episcopal Classic.
The basketball action continues with these big upcoming games:
Thursday, January 13th versus St. Michael 5 pm - JV and 6 pm - V
Tuesday, January 25th versus St. Joseph’s Academy 5 pm - JV and 6 pm - V
Friday, January 28th versus Dunham 6 pm - V
Soccer
Girls
The Knights have a solid record of 9-1-1. Just before the holiday break, the team earned a good 4 to 1 away game win versus Ascension Episcopal. Look for seniors Ryan Roper, Sydney Worsham and Catherine Barney to continue providing leadership.

Friday, January 14th, SENOR KNIGHT versus North Vermilion (Senior Knight festivities will commence at halftime in the game.
Boys
The Knights are ranked #1 in Division 4 and #1 on Max Prep for DIV4! This year’s seniors, including Chidi Mbagwu, Garett Riemann, Jacob Gascon, Ethan Carmouche, Brady Ayres, Val Rangelov, Shuhei Niwano, Cooper Burnett, Alex Engstrom, are coming up big for the team. Don’t miss your chance to celebrate them at the upcoming Senior Knight event on January 10th.

Powerlifting
The girls powerlifters are preparing for the Port Allen Invitational on Saturday, January 29th.

Wrestling
This year’s group is led by seniors Barrow Alexander and Luca Rende. The squad recently celebrated wrestler Neff Neumann who had the first pin of the season for the Knights just before the Christmas break.
