Iceland

April 12-17 2025

Episcopal students will visit the land of fire and ice during Easter break 2025. Students will be immersed in STEM and experiential learning as they explore geological and geothermal features. The trip itinerary features waterfall and glacier hikes and educational opportunities, such as the Lava Centre, which helps visitors understand the volcanic landscape of Iceland. Of course, no visit would be complete without a swim in the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa.

Thanksgiving Break 2025

Offered every three years, the eight to nine day Tropical Ecology trip to Costa Rica includes experiential learning and service learning opportunities. Service learning opportunities include tagging sea turtles and planting mangrove trees. Ideally, students will be enrolled in the semester-long Tropical Ecology class (Biology II: Tropical Ecology); however, that is not required.
