One of our most cherished events is approaching quickly - Grandparents & Special Friends Day on Thursday, April 2nd!

- Tray Helpers - Volunteers needed. Please sign up here!
- Quarter 4 Clubs Registration is Open - here! There are several new and returning clubs available. Registration will be open until Friday, March 6, at 5:00 pm. This deadline will be enforced to ensure time for teachers to receive club rosters and communicate club information with families. The first day for Quarter 4 clubs will be Tuesday, March 17.
- Rising 6th Grade Parents - Middle School New Parent Night is Monday, April 13, at 6:00 p.m.
Reminders
- Team Talyn Tuesday - We continue to lift 5th grader Talyn in prayer as a community each Tuesday. As a reminder, all Lower School students are invited to wear Team Talyn t-shirts in support of her brave battle against cancer. #teamtalyn
- Saturday, 2/28: 8 AM - 3 PM CW Austin Learning Disabilities Conference - Episcopal is proud to partner with the Greater Baton Rouge Learning Disabilities Coalition and host the 2026 CW Austin Learning Disabilities Conference. This event is open to parents. Topics included in this year’s conference include: ADHD, dyslexia, autism, mental health, behavior management, learning strategies, and more. This conference is designed to empower and inspire. There is no cost to attend the conference. If you'd like to learn more or register, visitLDHelp.org.
- 3/6 Festival of Colors - This begins at different times for Lower School students, and we’ll celebrate in slightly different ways. Please read this message carefully for special dress information and suggestions for the car ride home.

- Parent Volunteer Opportunities - We love having you on campus with us! Here are some upcoming opportunities to get involved:
- 3/7 Knight Under the Stars - Contact our Gala Chairs, Jacquole Johnson or Kellye Grinton, to volunteer at a table or event during this special evening.
- 4/2 Grandparents & Special Friends Day - If you would like to volunteer, please complete this form.
- Campus School Store – The Campus School Store is open on Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 AM and Thursdays from 2:00-3:00 PM. Payment types accepted: cash, credit cards, and checks. Please check in at the Alumni House before shopping.
