Lower School orientation day is a special opportunity for your child to learn more about their school, meet their teachers and make new friends. We look forward to this joyful day, and we can’t wait to see everyone on campus!
Early Childhood Orientations
August 7th OR August 8th
Parent(s) will be asked to sign up for an Orientation time. Sign-up details will be sent in July. Students wear their school uniforms. Park at the Frazer lot and drop off your child in the Greer Center, where you will check in. Parents are welcome to stay on campus during your child's orientation.
9:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.
Backpack Blessing Ceremony
PreK-3-5th grade students and families are invited to Patio Park for this special ceremony.

7:00-7:25 a.m. - Students may arrive for Early Care.
7:25-7:45 a.m. - Students may arrive for a morning recess.
7:50 a.m. - The school day begins.
On the first day of school, parents are welcome to drop students off at the carpool circle OR walk students into the building. Park in a visitor spot or any other open spot around campus. There is NO PARKING on Woodland Ridge. Visitor stickers will be available at the carpool circle.

8:30 a.m. - Let Go Ceremony - Walk your child to the Frazer Playground and stay together.An adult MUST be with your student through the end of the Let Go Ceremony.
8:15 a.m. - 8:25 a.m. Check-in - Visit the tables outside Frazer and receive a visitor sticker and a butterfly package. Don't open it until we count down at the end of the Let Go Ceremony.
8:30 a.m. - The Let Go Ceremony begins. After the Let Go Ceremony, you'll "let go," and students will travel to class with their teachers.
Tears & Cheers - Following the Let Go Ceremony, parents are invited to join us for Tears & Cheers in the QUEST Center. We'll celebrate the start of a new school year, meet other parents, chat about wonderful events to look forward to, and pass along a Kleenex if you need one!
